As a youth leader, ever year I've wondered if my teenagers were ready to head off to college. Too many times I see what happens when they head off to college not knowing what they believe. Sure, they get the facts and know the trivia questions about the Bible but they really never have made it their own. We just started taking our jr's and sr's through the study and I can tell you the conversations that have come out of it have been incredible. Its like all of the sudden the kids are starting to ask questions about things in their faith they just assumed for years. We've had some great discussions and the kids really love the cool places where this is filmed in Israel. I think our personal favorite was the valley of armageddon. We've read about (well maybe heard more than read) so much about this place and the importance in the end times but we never really pictured it as a real place today. We always thought it was a symbol or representation of something else like the rest of revelation. Great study, we've got one more week to go.
