I grew up in a ministry home with an incredibly strong Christian heritage. Born in Hong Kong to missionary parents, I have also lived in Kenya, East Africa, and various cities across Canada and the United States. This migrant living has served well to prepare me for the various transitions in my personal ministry. I have learned to grow roots wherever God has located me. I have learned to adapt to the various regional cultures that exist throughout North America.

Joanna and I have been married since June 1989. We have three great children who are all serving God and pursuing his will for their life. Since entering full time ministry, we have lived in Western Canada, the US Midwest and US Northeast regions.

I am currently serving a dual role as both Executive & Group Life Pastor at Christian Life Center, Bensalem, PA. I began at CLC in January of 2005. We have gone from 20 groups without a common vision, purpose or values to about 65 groups that are aligned around the purposes of Spiritual Formation, Authentic Relationships and Missional Living.

Prior to CLC, I served for 12 years at Brightmoor Christian Church in Novi, MI. I started the small group ministry in Brightmoor and in a seven-year period we peaked at 60% adult involvement in weekly group life.
